Sometimes, we travel for hours or days to distant lands to experience amazing scenes, landscapes, or special events in nature or in the deep skies.
This afternoon, we only had to walk outside to our front yard. For the first time ever, we saw an epic double rainbow over our neighborhood. The main rainbow was the most bright, saturated rainbow I've ever seen in my life, and it towered over the Mt. Helix cross. What an awesome sight to take in.
